What inspired you to look into video interviewing?

A:

We felt video interviewing would allow us to hire new employees faster. We also wanted a screening method that allowed applicants and hiring managers to complete and then review interviews on their own timelines.

Did Spark Hire replace a similar tool or is this the first time your team is using video interviewing?

A:

Spark Hire is the first video interviewing tool we’ve used, and it replaced our telephone interview.

A:

We wanted something that was easy for our applicants to use. Our hope was to engage candidates and lessen the barriers to application.

We used to start with a telephone interview, then progress to an in-person interview.

A:

It has decreased our time to hire.
