What inspired you to look into video interviewing? What specific challenges in your day-to-day were you looking to solve with video interviewing?

A:

We were looking to streamline our process and reduce our time to fill, as well as turnover, by making better, more informed hiring decisions.

A:

Spark Hire is the first video interviewing tool that our team leveraged. The one-way video interviews replaced our phone screens.

A:

A:

Spark Hire has allowed us to reach more candidates and speed up our hiring process. I hire for 29 locations, so it allows me the opportunity to share interviews with various managers across the state, saving time for both candidates and the hiring team. We have seen a decrease in turnover since we began leveraging this tool years ago. I love that Spark Hire is working, even when I am not in the office!

What was your team’s hiring process prior to using Spark Hire?

A:

Prior to using Spark Hire, I would review applications and select a handful of candidates to phone screen. This involved a great deal of phone tag as you can imagine. From there, I would determine who to schedule for in-person interviews. With the addition of Spark Hire, I can screen many more candidates, eliminate phone tag, and collaborate with our hiring managers.

We shared the benefits of video interviewing, from saving time to making better hiring decisions and ultimately decreasing turnover. Our team loves it!
