What inspired you to look into video interviewing? Were there specific challenges in your day to day were you looking to solve with video interviewing?

A:

We hire a lot of employees throughout the year for various positions. We also have many hiring managers throughout the organization. We found this to be a great tool in the beginning stages of our recruiting process to help with our hiring needs.

A:

This is the first video interviewing tool that we've used and the feedback from our hiring managers has been excellent.

A:

What was your team’s hiring process prior to using Spark Hire?

A:

Prior to Spark Hire, we would conduct phone interviews or in-person interviews with the first round of candidates.

A:

I explain how easy it is to use Spark Hire, show them a demo of our positions and what the system looks like, and the team members immediately buy into the process. Since we've rolled out video interviews, there has been nothing but positive comments about Spark Hire.

What was your aha moment — the moment you knew you loved Spark Hire?

A:

Our 'aha' moment was when I was able to send out interview requests to several dozen candidates in a very short amount of time. The time that would have been spent scheduling those interviews, conducting them, etc. would have been significant.
